DIYARBAKIR - The Kurdistani Alliance Study published a written statement regarding the new execution law proposal as the negotiations continue at the General Assembly of the Parliement regarding the exclusion of political prisoners.

"Say 'No' to the Penal Execution Law which discriminates the detainees and convicts because of their ideological-political-religious standing", said The Kurdistani Alliance Action.

'SAY NO TO THE DISCRIMINATIVE EXECUTION LAW'

Saying that the new proposal for the execution law regarding the release of prisoners due to coronavirus can not be accepted in this form, Kurdistani Alliance Action stated, "The members of the parliement and any citizen, who defends the justice and equality should be the dominating feeling in the society, who supports an execution law, which is not discriminative and able to save the lives of the prisoners against the COVID-19 pandemic and who objects to the social polarization should say no to this execution law proposal. We call on the conscience of everyone, the peoples, the intellectuals, the mothers, the politicians: Say 'No' to the Penal Execution Law proposal, which discriminates the prisoners based on their ideological-political-religious standing."
