RIHA - Abdullah Öcalan sent a letter to the youth and stated that the march of the youth is a march to freedom and said, "Therefore, you will organize everywhere."

 

Peoples' Equality and Democracy (DEM) Party Youth Assembly's march for Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan's 76th birthday is on its 3rd day. The youth, who started their march from Amed (Diyarbakır) to Amara on 1 April, participated in the 4 April Festival held in Xelfetî (Halfeti) district.

 

At the festival, Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan's message to the youth was shared with the public.

 

Abdullah Öcalan's message is reads:

 

"April is a Renaissance for me, a rebirth. The young people's march is a march towards freedom. Marching towards freedom is meaningful. Wherever I go, I organize myself. I had a group that moved with me when I went to school. This is how socialization happens. I have been doing this since my childhood.

 

Socialism means society, communalism. Socialism means socialization. In Kurdistan, politics should be done with this understanding. This is called communal, socialist politics. This is achieved by organizing. Organization is the most important job. If you cannot do that, I will criticize you greatly. Therefore, you will organize everywhere. I support your work and send my greetings.
