NEWS CENTER - Prime Minister of the Federated Kurdistan Region Masrour Barzani said that they support and are ready to contribute to any peaceful solution efforts regarding Abdullah Öcalan's historic call. 

 

PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan's historic call was made public yesterday in Istanbul. The call, which resonated all over the world, continues to be supported. The Prime Minister of the Federated Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, also supported the call.

 

In his statement Masrour Barzani said that they support all kinds of peaceful solution initiatives and added, "We welcome and support every step taken to resolve the problems in the region through peaceful means. The Kurdistan Region will continue to be an important element of peace and stability in the reegion. In this context, we are ready to contribute to the progress of the peace process in Turkey and play a constructive role in this regard."
