Derince stated that the main responsibility for the lack of releases despite hospital reports lies with the Forensic Medicine Institution (ATK), Administrative and Observation Boards (IGK) and the Presidency, and described the prevention of releases for political reasons as "de facto execution". Underlining that the deficiencies in the health system aggravate the situation, Derince called for responsibility, adding: "The obstacles to access to the tests performed by the prisoner when he/she goes to the hospital should be removed, family members or guardians should be able to access this information via e-government."   Pointing out that the right to access to health has been de facto abolished and this situation has serious consequences, Derince said that the practices in prisons have become a threat to the lives of ill prisoners.    MA / Abdulkadir Ayten
