Entry to some areas in Şirnex banned

	ŞIRNEX - Governor of Şırnak declared 11 regions as "temporary special security" zones for 15 days and banned access to them.

	Şırnak Governorate once again declared 11 regions as "temporary special security" zones. The Governorate announced that 15 regions bordering Şirnex centre and Cizîr (Cizre), Silopiya (Silopi), Basa (Güçlükonak), Qileban (Uludere) and Elkê (Beytüşşebap) districts were banned for 15 days between 26 February and 15 March.
