Mass visit to SDF member Akman's condolence

ŞIRNEX - A mass visit was made to the condolence set up for Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) member Mehmet Emin Akman, who lost his life in Kobane in 2019.  

The condolence set up in his hometown for Mehmet Emin Akman (Seîd Tolhildan) who lost his life in an explosion that took place in the city of Kobanê (Kobani) in North and East Syria on February 21, 2019, was visited by a large crowd. 
 
The visit to the condolence set up in the town of Deştadarê in Hezex (İdil) district of Şirnex (Şırnak) was attended by representatives of political parties, democratic mass organizations, and many people.  
 
For the condolence, where slogans such as "Şehîd namirin (Martyrs never die)" and "Ey Şehîd rêya te rêya me ye (O martyr, your path is our path)" were chanted frequently, the crowd gathered at the entrance of the town and marched to the condolence place.  
 
Those who attended said that defending Rojava is the duty of everyone and that those who lost their lives in Rojava are their honour.  
 
Mehmet Emin Akman's mother, Halime Akman, stated, "I hope this will be the last. I will be worthy of my dear one’s smile."
