Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office issued a detention warrant against 4 people, including Istanbul Beykoz mayor Alaattin Köseler, due to "bid rigging". It is learned that arrest, detention, search and seizure warrants were issued for 17 people on the charges of "bid rigging" and "create a criminal organization for the purpose of engaging in criminal activity" within the same investigation. 

 

Detainees were taken to Istanbul Security Directorate.
