	WAN - Preparations have reached the final stage in Wan City Square, one of the places where the historic call of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan will be followed and where tens of thousands will participate.&nbsp;

	Preparations have reached the final stage in Wan (Van), one of the places where the historic call of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan will be followed. In Wan, where the snowfall that started yesterday continues to be effective, Rêya Armûşê (İpekyolu) Municipality teams mobilised for the snow removal work in the City Square, where the call will be watched, with a thickness of 30 centimetres in places.

	Entrances to the area, where the sound system and LED screens have started to be installed, will start at 16.00. While all permits have been obtained for the square and events, tens of thousands of people are expected to be in the square at 17.00 local time in the evening.
